1. General Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or the same household (sharing the same IP or device) is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your account login details — username and password — confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share login details with any third party. You are directly responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

All transactions on vs888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases additional time may be required for identity verification or security checks.

4.3 Transaction Transparency

vs888 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. The history of every transaction is stored in your account and can be viewed at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at vs888 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x wagering) before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and specific conditions.
• A bonus may only be used on the games specified in the offer.
• vs888's guidelines apply when using multiple bonuses simultaneously or consecutively.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

vs888 has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 0.7%, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular activity and play.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

vs888 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine the outcome of all games on our platform.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface. vs888 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets placed before an event begins are counted as pre-match bets. In live betting, real-time odds may change. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vs888 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.4 Gaming Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any gaming result, contact the support team within 72 hours. vs888's system logs and results will be considered as final evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs888 platform:

• Using automated bots, software, or artificial intelligence to conduct gaming or betting.
• Intentionally abusing the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or misconduct toward other users.
• Submitting a false identity or forged documents.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 Closure by vs888

vs888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly on suspicion of a breach of terms, fraud, or illegal activity.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please email [email protected] to do so. Withdraw any eligible balance before your account is closed.

8.3 Funds in a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, vs888 may hold the funds pending investigation. If no irregularity is found after the investigation, the eligible balance will be returned.
